Welcome to the University of South Florida’s official Wellness blog! Our Wellness Department has a lot to offer and I can’t wait to share its resources with you. To start off, we have seven departments to serve your wellness needs: Campus Recreation, Counseling Center, Student Health Services, Student Outreach And Support, Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention, and Wellness Education. I am Krystal Lowe, the current author of this blog. I am a senior double majoring in Communication and Public Health and I strive to be as healthy and happy as I can be. Outdoor adventures and meal prepping are a couple of ways I try to keep myself active and well-nourished despite my hectic schedule. I hope to inspire you all to join me on this journey to wellness and to bring your friends along with you. It makes the journey much more fun, after all.
